Bergsjön

Bergsjön

Bergsjön is a suburb in the north-eastern part of Gothenburg in western Sweden.

Public transport

This suburb is served by buses and two tram lines (7 and 11), which partially run through tunnels. The tramway originally was a part of the premetro-metro project (hence the tunnels). However, as the costs for this conversion grew, the project was abandoned. Bergsjöbanan is still premetro-based, though. The stops located in Bergsjön are Komettorget (Comet Sq; terminus), Rymdtorget (Space Sq), Teleskopgatan (Telescope St) and Galileis Gata (Galilei's St).
