Cerovec Stanka Vraza is a village in the Ormož municipality in northeastern Slovenia. The area traditionally belonged to the Styria region and is now included in the Podravska statistical region.[2]

The village is the birthplace of Stanko Vraz and its name was changed from simply Cerovec to Cerovec Stanka Vraza in his honour as well as to differentiate from a number of other settlements in Slovenia with the same name. The house in which he was born in 1810 is preserved and a commemorative plaque was unveiled on it in 1951.[3]
