Charges Of Indictment is the 7th album by Flint, Michigan rap group The Dayton Family released June 21, 2011 on Psychopathic Records sub-label Hatchet House and their own imprint DDA Records. Charges Of Indictment is the 2nd album since their 1995 album What's On My Mind? that features the 3 original core members Bootleg, Shoestring, and Backstabber following 2009's The Return: The Right to Remain Silent. The album spawned a radio and video hit with "Cocaine". The album featured collaborations with Flex from Top Authority, Gucci Mane Philly Cocaine, Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, and Dink Sosa.
