Charles P. Bailey

Charles P. Bailey

Charles Philamore Bailey (1910 – August 18, 1993) was an American cardiac surgeon.[1]. His methods were the focus of a 1957 Time magazine article.[2] He was a graduate of Rutgers University, Hahnemann Medical College and the University of Pennsylvania.
