Charles Pagano is the Executive Vice President of Technology, Engineering and Operations at ESPN Inc. Chuck has been with ESPN since it debuted in 1979. Pagano was a large part of ESPN being aired in high-definition.

A native of Waterbury, Connecticut, Pagano received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hartford in 1984. He is presently finishing up a Master of Science degree in organizational psychology at the University.
