Cindy Forster is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2011 election.^[1] She represents the electoral district of Welland as a member of the Ontario New Democratic Party caucus.

Forster, 58,^[2] previously served as mayor of Welland from 2000 to 2003, and later represented the city on Niagara Regional Council.
