RTÉ News: One O'Clock is an Irish television news bulletin by RTÉ News and Current Affairs. The programme is broadcast Monday-Friday at 13:00 on the Irish RTÉ One TV channel. It can also be watched in full as a RealPlayer video stream from its associated Internet webpage and via RTÉ News Now.

The bulletin was introduced in 1988 when RTÉ launched a new look to its schedules on RTÉ One including the hour long RTÉ Six-One News. Before 1988, programmes on RTÉ One did not begin until around 15:00, but from 1988 programmes would begin from around midday.

The One O'Clock News is usually presented by either Aengus Mac Grianna, Una O Hagan, John Finnerty or Eileen Wheelan. Aengus and Una work on the same days sharing the early or late shift. Likewise for John and Eileen. These changes have been in place since the retirement of Ken Hammond. The programme is shorter than other RTÉ News bulletins, running for about 20 minutes. During the summer months, the One O'Clock News is sometimes shortened to an extended summary.

The One O'Clock bulletin was followed by Nuacht RTÉ: Cinnlínte Nuachta (RTÉ News: News Headlines), a news summary in Irish which is accompanied by in-vision subtitles, also in Irish (by way of devoting the right half of the screen to a feed from the autocue). This ended in 2009 when Nuacht RTÉ moved its studio from Dublin to TG4 Galway.
