Colborne Parish lies in northwestern New Brunswick and is bordered to the west by Balmoral Parish, Northesk Parish to the south, and to the east by Durham Parish. To the northeast, the parish borders on Chaleur Bay while a small border with Dalhousie Parish exists to the northwest.
