Compacta is a condensed sans-serif typeface designed by the type designer Fred Lambert. It was used on-screen by NBC Sports from 1991-95 and in the TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation and Baywatch. It is available in light, regular, bold and black weights[citation needed].
