Connecticut's 44th assembly district

Connecticut's 44th assembly district

The Forty-fourth Assembly District of Connecticut elects one member of the Connecticut House of Representatives. Its current representative is Democrat Mae Flexer. The district consists of the entire town of Sterling and parts of the towns of Killingly and Plainfield. The district's boundaries were radically changed in 2001: prior to the boundary change, the district contained the entire towns of Canterbury and Plainfield, part of Killingly and did not include Sterling at all.
