Copa Centenario Batalla de Boyacá

Copa Centenario Batalla de Boyacá

The Campeonato Nacional 1919 also known like of Copa Centenario de la Batalla de Boyacá was similar to the Campeonato Nacional of 1918, due to the format that it was played only between teams from the same city. This time the chosen city was Cali. There were only three participants, and the champions wouldn't later be credited for the championship. This tournament was unusual as it is in popular culture; it was divided in two groups, each group having its own champion.Another unusual fact was that the entire tilt was played for 2 days firstly on August 3, 1919 and second August 7.
