Daniel Offenbacher (born February 18, 1992 in Scheifling, Austria) is an Austrian footballer who plays for FC Red Bull Salzburg as midfielder. He is playing for the second squad, the Red Bull Juniors in the 3rd Austrian League (Regionalliga West). In 2011 he signed a contract with the first squad.

Club career

He started playing football in his local club SV Scheifling in Styria. He played in different youth teams and came to FC Red Bull Salzburg in January 2006 and played in the U17 and U19 squad. His professional debut was in the second squad, Red Bull Juniors, in the match versus FC Wacker Innsbruck on October 16, 2009. His first match in the first squad was exactly one year later in the match versus SV Kapfenberg where he substituted Ibrahim Sekagya in the 68th minute.

International career

Daniel Offenbacher played for Austria U17 in the qualification matches for the European Championship. Currently he is member of the U18 - squad.
