David Bach is a professional poker player from Athens, Georgia, and the winner of the $50,000 World Championship H.O.R.S.E. event at the 2009 World Series of Poker. Bach defeated John Hanson heads-up after a marathon final table that lasted 20 hours and 492 hands.

In total, Bach has 11 career WSOP cashes, including five final tables. He had previously finished 2nd in a Omaha Hi-Lo event in 2007. He has also made a World Poker Tour final table, finishing in 6th place at the season 5 L.A. Poker Classic in March 2007.

As of 2009, Bach's total tournament winnings exceed $2,400,000. His 11 cashes at the WSOP account for $1,855,059 of those winnings.[2]
