The Derby 10k is an annual 10 kilometre road running event held in Derby, UK in April.

The race is organised by Derbyshire charity Sporting Futures and has been sponsored by the Derbyshire Building Society since 2003.

Over 3,000 runners take part in the race, which starts outside Pride Park, the home of Derby County F.C.

The course then heads into Derby City Centre via the Station Approach flyover and the Cock Pitt Island. It continues along Morledge, East St, Victoria St, Bold Lane, Iron Gate, Sadler Gate and The Strand, before crossing the Market Place and returning via the River Gardens, Bass's Rec and the River Derwent riverside path to the finish inside Pride Park Stadium.

The event also features a Corporate Team Challenge aimed at local businesses and a three-kilometre family fun run which like the main 10k race, finishes inside Pride Park.
