The Derzhspetszviazok or officially The State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Державна служба спеціального зв'язку та захисту інформації України; Derzhspetszviazok) is technical security and intelligence service of Ukraine, under the control of the President of Ukraine. Sergey Krasnokutsky was appointed to the Director in August 9, 2011.

The service was established in 2006, based on the dissolved Department of Special Telecommunication Systems and Information Protection (DSTSZI) of the Security Service of Ukraine.

The Administration has the status of the central executive body with special status.

Tasks and missions

  • conduct policy in the protection of state information resources in data networks,
  • provision of government communications, the national system of confidential communications, cryptographic and technical protection of state information.
