Diego full name Diego Ferares Scheda (born April 23, 1992 in Arujá, São Paulo Brazil) is a Brazilian football midfielder, currently playing for Chavdar Etropole.

Career

Diego start to play football in private junior school of São Paulo. Because of his good displays he is considered as one of the big football talents in Brazil.

In June 2008, it was revealed that the big Brazilian club Palmeiras were taking a serious interest in Diego, but he relocated to Bulgaria, signing a contract with Litex Lovech.

Ferares made his team debut for Litex in a friendly match against Macedonian FK Pelister on 1 July 2008. The result of the match was a 5:1 win for the Bulgarian team. In his first months in Litex, Diego played for reserve squad of the team of Lovech. Diego's first official match was against PFC Belasitsa Petrich on 15 May 2009. He entered as a substitution in the 78 minute and scored his first goal for Litex. On 14 June 2009, Diego scored a hat-trick against Spartak Varna. He ended the 2008-09 season with 5 goals in 4 league matches. He has been capped for Brazil at U-21 level.
