Discovery World is a Polish television channel which broadcasts documentaries.

The dedicated Polish version of the channel was launched in February 2007, along with Discovery Science Poland.[2] It replaced the European version of the channel, which had been available in Poland since June 1999. With the launch of the dedicated Polish version, the channel started carrying advertising.[3]

The channel operated an 18 hour schedule until July 1, 2007, when it started broadcasting round the clock.[4]

On April 18, 2008, the channel was rebranded into Discovery World and got broader range of programming.
