Diversion Hills

Diversion Hills (73°9′S 163°30′E / 73.15°S 163.5°E / -73.15; 163.5) is a small group of low rock outcrops at the east extremity of Pain Mesa, in Victoria Land. Named by the southern party of New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE), 1966–67, because the party diverted eastward from their route here to visit Navigator Nunatak.
