Dods (Group) PLC (ticker: DODS), formerly Huveaux PLC, is a company that provides political information, and public affairs communications in the UK, and European Union, and learning and training in the UK public sector.[1] Dods is a public limited company registered in England No. 04267888.[1][2] Its ordinary shares are listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).[1][3]
The company's 2010 annual report states the following companies are subsidiaries: Vacher Dod Publishing Limited, Training Journal Limited, Fenman Limited, Dods Parliamentary Communications Limited, Monitoring Services Limited, Political Wizard Limited, and Huveaux Politique SAS.[4]
Publications produced by subsidiaries of Dods (Group) PLC include Dod's Parliamentary Companion, The House Magazine, The Parliament Magazine, and Trombinoscope.[5]
On Dods (Group) PLC's board of directors is Labour Party politician Andrew Adonis, Baron Adonis, who was appointed as a non-executive director in January 2011.[5] On 15 July 2010, Conservative Party politician Lord Ashcroft declared he had shareholdings in Dods (Group) PLC.[6]
On June 16, 2010, directors of the company announced that the company's name had been changed from Huveaux plc to Dods (Group) PLC.[7]
