Dolenjci is a settlement on the left bank of the river Kolpa in the Črnomelj municipality in the Bela Krajina area of southeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Jugovzhodna Slovenija statistical region.[2]

The local church, built on the Velika Plešivica hill to the west of the settlement, is dedicated to Mary Magdalene and belongs to the Adlešiči parish. It was probably built in the early 17th century and was restyled and extended in 1846. The main altar dates to the late 19th century.[3]
