Manaf Abd al-Rahim al-Rawi (Arabic: مناف عبد الرحيم الراوي) is an Iraqi, the alleged Al Qaeda's former "governor" in Baghdad province.

Al-Rawi was arrested on March 11, 2010 by Iraqi security forces.[1] Iraqi government sources claim al-Rawi is the man responsible for planning the multiple-vehicle bombings in Baghdad.[2] He was a senior leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI).[3] Under interrogation, he apparently gave authorities information which led to the killing of two members of the group's leadership, Masri and Baghdadi,[4] in the following months.[5]
