Martin Nunataks

Martin Nunataks (74°57′S 158°46′E / 74.95°S 158.767°E / -74.95; 158.767) is a pair of isolated nunataks situated along the northern margin of David Glacier, 9 nautical miles (17 km) southeast of Mount Wood, in Victoria Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956-62. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Robert D. Martin, USGS topographic engineer at McMurdo Station, 1961-62.
