The Meath Intermediate Football Championship 2010 is the main Gaelic Athletic Association tournament for Intermediate clubs in Meath, Ireland. The tournament which is organized by Meath county board consists of 15 teams and the winner will take part in the 2011 Meath Senior Football Championship. The championship starts with a group stage and then goes on to a knock-out stage. In 2009, Oldcastle defeated Kilmainhamwood in the final in Pairc Tailteann, Longwood gained promotion to the Intermediate division after claiming the Meath Junior Football Championship. Drumconrath were relegated to the Junior division after losing their relegation playoff, while Nobber won their first Intermediate title in 30 years against Carnaross. Nobber were on top from the start and were always in a comfortable position throughout the match.

Group stage

In the group stage, there are three groups called Group A, B and C. Two teams from each group go through to finals of the tournament. The three teams that finish last in each group go to the relegation play off.
