Meiacanthus abditus is a species of combtooth blenny found in the western central Pacific ocean.[1] It was first named by Smith-Vaniz in 1987,[1] and is commonly known as the Upside-down harptail blenny.[2] It can reach a maximum length of 6.5 centimetres.[1]
