Miami Riverwalk
The Miami Riverwalk along the Miami River

The Miami Riverwalk is a pedestrian walkway located in Downtown Miami, Florida. It extends along the Miami River and the Biscayne Bay through Bayfront Park. It begins at Bayside Marketplace and ends at the Riverwalk Metromover Station and is about one mile long.[1] Many shops and cafes are located along the riverwalk, and it was recently redone with public artwork.[2] The riverwalk passes under the Brickell Avenue Bridge, built in 1915, carrying Brickell Avenue. Since 2008, the Miami Riverwalk Festival has been held in November,[3] which includes a lot of free and cultural entertainment.[4]
