Michael B. Carroll is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 118th legislative district. He was first elected in 2006.[2]

Carroll graduated from Pittston Area High School in 1980 and is currently attending the University of Scranton.[3]

Prior to elective office he worked as District Office Director for Congressman Paul Kanjorski, as Liaison for Transportation Issues for Governor Bob Casey, and as Chief of Staff for Representative John Yudichak.[4]
