Mikaela Engell (born 1956) is the current Danish High Commissioner of Greenland, a post she has held since April 1, 2011. Previously she had work in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as first a Permanent Secretary and later as a counsellor. As High Commisoner she ex-officio holds the post as a member of the Danish-Greenland Cultural Foundation.
