The Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction of the Republic of Croatia (Croatian: Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša, prostornog uređenja i graditeljstva or MZOPU) is the ministry in the Government of Croatia which is in charge of environmental protection and construction.

The total amount of budget funds allocated to the Ministry was over 745 million HRK as of 2010 (ca. 100 million EUR).[2]
