Moroccan people in Italy

A Moroccan Italian is an Italian of Moroccan descent or heritage. According to the 2009 census of Italy, 445,335 Moroccans (0.74% of total population) consider themselves to be of Moroccan origin. Moroccans continue to be the second largest minority ethnic group in Italy after Romanians.
