Mount Akaishi (赤石岳 Akaishidake?), at 3,120 m (10,236 ft), is the 7th tallest peak in Japan and the 3rd tallest peak in the Akaishi Mountains or Southern Alps in northern Honshū, Japan. It is located in the Minami Alps National Park[2]. There is a Mountain hut at the peak.
