Muffles Junior College is a college in Orange Walk District, Belize. This Junior college is located in the San Estevan village.
Muffles College is named after Father Joseph Muffels who was assigned to Orange Walk in May 1900.
Muffles Junior College opened its doors on August 24, 1992 with an enrollment of thirty-eight students pursuing Associate Degrees in Business Science. The Junior college was opened because of the need of a tertiary level institution in Orange Walk District. Its first graduating class of June 11, 1994 consist of twenty-two students. The junior college dream began to take shape through the combined effort of strong community and Government partnership began in 1989. Muffles Junior College presently offers nine associate degree programs of study to approximately 400 students
