List of NCAA Men's Division I Final Four appearances by coach

This is a list of the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament Regional Championships by coach. The current names of the NCAA Tournament regions are the East, Southeast, Southwest, and West. The winners of the four regions are awarded a NCAA Regional Championship Trophy and advance in the Men's Division I Basketball Tournament to play in the Final Four.
