National Highway 31

National Highway 31 is an important National Highway in India. It provides gateway to the states in North-East India. This 1,125 km (699 mi) long [1] National Highway starts in Barhi, Jharkhand at the NH 2 and generally traverses in Northeast direction passing through Jhumri Tilaiya, Koderma, Nawada, Bihar Sharif, Bakhtiarpur, Mokameh, Begusarai, Purnea, Dalkhola, Kishanganj, Bagdogra, Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Mainaguri, Dhupguri, Falakata, Cooch Behar, Tufanganj, Kokrajhar, Nalbari, and ends at Jalukbari,Guwahati.

National Highway Development Project
