"Pimelodendron" is a plant genus in the family Euphorbiaceae. It comprises 4 known species found in Malesia. "Stomatocalyx" Müll.Arg. is synonym of this genus.

Description

These are small and large trees, with red to brown bark. The tree has white or yellow, spotty exudate and also contains some latex. The leaves are in general tightly bunched at the end of twigs.

Taxonomy note

"Pimelodendron dispersum" is excluded from this genus, being a synonym of "Actephila excelsa" var. "javanica". "Pimelodendron naumannianum" is considered as a synonym of "pPimelodendron amboinicum".
