Nassarius mutabilis, common name : the Mutable Nassa, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Nassariidae, the Nassa mud snails or dog whelks.[1]

Description

The size of an adult shell varies between 14 mm and 30 mm.

Distribution

This species occurs in the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, in the Atlantic Ocean along Mauritania and West Africa.
