Natalja Germanovna Karamyševa[1] (Russian: Наталья Германовна Карамышева, also romanized as Natalia Karamysheva) is a former Soviet ice dancer who works as a coach and choreographer. With partner Rostislav Sinicyn, she was the 1978 and 1980 Soviet national champion. They placed 5th at the 1979 European Figure Skating Championships and 7th at the 1980 World Figure Skating Championships. They won the silver medal at the 1981 Winter Universiade.

Karamyševa and Sinicyn are married. They are the parents of ice dancer Alexander Sinicyn, who represents the Czech Republic.^[1]

Following her retirement from competitive skating, Karamyševa became a coach and choreographer working in the Czech Republic. Her current and former students and clients include Kamila Hájková & David Vincour,^[2] Lucie Myslivečková & Matěj Novák,^[3] Jakub Strobl,^[4] and Barbora Ulehlova.^[5]
