National Security Division (BKN)


National Security Division or Bahagian Keselamatan Negara or BKN is a department under Prime Minister's Department which acts as Secretariate for National Security Council (Malaysia). It is headed by a Director General, who is also the Secretary of the National Security Council (Malaysia). The other role of BKN is to oversee/regulate the intelligence policy/community under its umbrella such as Public Order & Security Division, Defence Staff Intelligence Division, Malaysian Special Branch and so on.
