History

The airline was established in June 2004 and started operations in December 2004.Fact|date=May 2007 In 2007 ABS Jets has acquired a hangar at Ruzyne Airport as part of a plan to become a key maintenance, repair and overhaul company. It has spent 6.7 million Euros ($8.9 million) at the airport so far and is expected to invest a further 11 million Euros ($14.7 million) in infrastructure over the next two years, resulting in some 11,000 square meters (118,407 sq ft.) of maintenance facilities at the airport by mid-2009. The ABS Jets fleet includes the following aircraft (in April 2008):

ABS Jets is expected to end the next year with nine executive aircraft in its fleet.
