Livedoid dermatitis

Livedoid dermatitis (also known as "Embolia cutis medicamentosa," and "Nicolau syndrome") occurs immediately after an intramuscular injection, and is characterized by intense pain and blanching of the overlying skin, known as ischemic pallor.^[1]:124
