The Crescent Striped (Apamea oblonga) is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in most of Europe, east to southern Russia, southern Siberia, Turkey, Iran, northern Pakistan, Mongolia, China (Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, Ningxia), Sakhalin and Japan.

The wingspan is about 43-48 mm. Adults are on wing from June to August. There is one generation per year.

The larvae feed on various grasses, including Puccinellia species. They mostly feed on the bases of the stems and roots.
