North-Eastern Administrative Okrug, or Severo-Vostochny Administrative Okrug (Russian: Се́веро-Восто́чный администрати́вный о́круг, Severo-Vostochny administrativny okrug) is one of the ten administrative okrugs of Moscow, Russia. It was founded in 1991 and has an area of 106.7 square kilometers (41.2 sq mi). Population: 1,366,303 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 1,240,062 (2002 Census).[2]
