Nothing Personal Nothing Personal is a television show that airs on Investigation Discovery in Canada hosted by actor Steve Schirripa. [1] The show is a crime series that dissects true stories of cold-blooded contract killings. Each episode features real life stories of professional ‘hits’; who they involved, how the crime was committed and the story that led to the assignment. Nothing Personal has featured episodes outlining contract killings with array of motives including business disputes, fraud, greed and love. [2]

Host Information

Host of Nothing Personal, Steve Schirripa, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. [3] He began his acting career while working as the entertainment director of the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas. From there, his career really began when he appeared on the small screen on many hit shows, including appearances on Ugly Betty, Law & Order and The George Lopez Show. Mr. Schirripa’s career really took off when he was cast as Bobby Baccalieri on The Sopranos. Most recently, Mr. Schirripa can be seen on the hit ABC Family series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager as Leo Boykevich.[2]

On the big screen, Schirripa recently won best supporting actor at the New York Independent Film Festival for his role in What Are the Odds. He has also appeared in movies such as High Roller, Meet Joe Dirt, and Terry Gilliam’s Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Open Season 2 & 3 and Hereafter. [2]

The host of Spike TV’s Casino Cinema and NBC’s poker-themed game show Face the Ace, Schirripa currently stars in the hit ABC Family series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager. He is also the co-author of the hilarious best-selling Goomba guidebook series, and, based on his critically acclaimed book Nicky Deuces, is currently developing and will star in a Movie of the Week for Nickelodeon.[2]

Episode 103: Roadside Betrayal- A urologist is gunned down on the side of an Ohio highway in front of his wife and mother-in-law.

Episode 104: Blood Ties- To gain control of the family business, two brothers hire hit men to murder their parents after Yom Kippur.

Episode 105: Young Guns- Rosalio 'Bart' Reta describes his life as a teenaged hit man for Los Zetas Cartel in Mexico and how he got caught.

Episode 106: Deadly Divorce- Sheila Bellush, a mother of six, is shot dead in a murder-for-hire scheme set in motion by her ex-husband, Allen Blackthorne.
