Novlene Hilaire Williams-Mills (born April 26, 1982 in Saint Ann, Jamaica) is a track and field athlete, competing internationally for Jamaica. She was initially a bronze medalist in the 4 x 400 m relay at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. Her medal and position for the Athens Games were upgraded on March 15 2009 by the IAAF, following the disqualification of the USA team because of a doping violation by one of their runners.^[1]

At the 2005 World Championships in Athletics she won (together with Shericka Williams, Ronetta Smith and Lorraine Fenton) a silver medal. At the 2006 Commonwealth Games she won a bronze medal over 400 metres.

Williams attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where she was a member of coach Tom Jones' Florida Gators track and field team. She graduated from the university with a bachelor's degree in 2004.

Novlene is a graduate of Ferncourt High School, located in Claremont, St. Ann Parish, Jamaica.
