Nuclear Winter Volume 2: Death Panel is a 2011 mixtape album by hip-hop artist Sole. It is intended as an experiment in "rap as journalism", [1] with several of the tracks having been quickly composed in response to current events and released separately in the months leading up to the release of the mixtape. As with the previous Nuclear Winter mixtape, many of the songs sample from modern-day hip-hop[2] in what Sole intends as detournements of those songs.
