Virtual environments (the Internet, web-based education platforms) at OTA University are closely interconnected with the University’s educational organization, but the principles of regular attendance and face-to-face education constitute the core value of the University. Practice is attached high importance at OTA University. At OTA University, theoretical and practical education is provided symmetrically to achieve productivity in accordance with Leibniz’ study method (Theoria cum Praxi). At this initial level of the education where the professional qualities are formed, students are provided with basic scientific information, the principles of non-formal education, which continue lifelong, as well as a habit of expertise in self improvement.
