The Office of the Scottish Parliamentary Counsel

The Office of the Scottish Parliamentary Counsel (OSPC) is a directorate of the Scottish Government. It currently falls within the Governance and Communities Directorates.[1]

OSPC drafts Scottish Parliament Bills for the legislative programme of the Scottish Ministers.
