The building was built in 1970 and renovated 1999; it has 560 parking spaces and 380,000 square feet (35,000 m2) of gross building area; 351,400 leasable. [3]
The radio stations 95.1 WFXF-FM, 100.5 WDVI-FM, 1180 WHAM, 1280 WHTK & FM 107.3 WHTK-FM and other stations in the Clear Channel company's Rochester cluster broadcast from studios located on the 16th floor of the tower.
