Natalie Dizdar

Natalie Dizdar

Natalie Dizdar, also known as Natali Dizdar and sometimes simply known as Natalie is a Croatian pop singer who reached fame by being the runner-up of Story Supernova Music Talents reality show, aired on Nova TV in late 2003.

Born in Zadar, on August 27th, 1984, she grew up in Sukošan. Endowed with an undisputable vocal talent, she won audiences despite what many saw as her diva-like personality. After the show she pursued a solo career, trying to build a repertoire based on pop-jazz and other more worldly elements of popular music. Because of that many Croatian rock critics consider her to be the last hope for Croatian "urban culture" as opposed to dominating turbo folk.

In 2005 she released her first album Natali Dizdar.
