*a 1912 production ofBayard Veiller 's "The Fight" (which quickly closed);
*a 1913 production ofEdgar Wallace 's "The Switchboard "; and
*the 1915 productions ofEdward Locke 's "The Bubble" andEdgar Selwyn 's "Rolling Stones".He turned to film beginning in 1915 and moved to
