Crimson II is the eighth full-length studio album and final release by the Swedish death metal band Edge of Sanity.

Although the album consists of one 43-minute-long song, it really is split up into 9 movements which are listed on the back of the album as follows: The Forbidden Words - 1:40, Incantation - 6:00, Passage of Time - 9:51, Achilles Heel - 2:27, Covenant of Souls - 7:31, Face to Face - 3:27, Disintegration - 3:18 & Aftermath - 5:26.

The album was dedicated in memory of Chuck Schuldiner and Lillägna.
